We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your JessaKae pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

Print & Pack

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
